I am a Level Two QHHT Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 14 years of experience supporting people on their healing journeys. I graduated with honors from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and am certified through the Board of Nursing.
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for helping people find peace in their lives. Through QHHT and Reiki, I support clients in releasing energetic and emotional blockages, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with their inner sense of balance. My work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply client-centered, creating a safe and supportive space for healing, insight, and growth.
My mission is simple: to help people feel more at peace within themselves, to remember their own inner strength, and to move forward in life with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Throughout my time in this profession, I have received training in active engagement techniques, muscle energy techniques, nerve entrapments, myofascial release, prenatal massage, advanced deep tissue, trigger point, and many others, and I continue to study and learn new ways to help my clients.
